When comparing your existing coverage we will Always advise you Honestly and Correctly, many times explaining that it may be best to maintain your existing coverage. If Integrity can offer you a more competitive rate, for the same, or better, coverage, we will. If we feel you are better off keeping the coverage you currently maintain, we will explain that as well. In addition, if we recommend that you keep your existing coverage, but we notice coverage issues that may exist within your policies, we will advise you of our recommendations so you can speak with your existing agency about these recommendations. While it’s important to save money on your insurance, when possible, it’s equally as important to make sure you have the correct coverage for your specific needs. Being able to understand your coverage, through friendly conversation with our staff, is what we offer and what you will always experience when dealing with an Integrity staff member.
